Amegreen Children's Services

Make a difference behind the scenes
At Amegreen Children’s Services, children are at the heart of everything we do.
We provide therapeutic residential care for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs, creating warm, nurturing homes where they can feel safe, understood and supported to grow.
You might think that working in a Head Office means you are away from the children and young people we care for. At Amegreen, that couldn't be further from the truth.
Every member of our team plays an important part in helping our young people experience safe, nurturing and therapeutic care. From the systems we put in place and the training we provide, to the support we give our residential teams, the work you do behind the scenes has a real and meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Business Administrator to join our Head Office team in Mortimer, primarily supporting our Learning and Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in business administration while becoming part of an organisation with a strong sense of purpose.
What will you be doing?
As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of administrative and business activities. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, develop your professional skills and learn how effective administration helps our organisation deliver outstanding care.

Learning how Head Office functions support our residential homes and the children and young people living in them

Contributing ideas and taking ownership of tasks as your confidence and experience grow

You will receive dedicated study time as part of your 40-hour working week and will work towards a recognised Business Administration qualification.
Alongside your apprenticeship training, you will benefit from:

Why Amegreen?
At Amegreen, you won't simply be starting an apprenticeship - you'll be joining a team where people genuinely care about the difference they make.
