Apprentice Chef

We’re building a talented kitchen team from the ground up, and looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to grow with us and be part of something special.

The Role

As our new Apprentice chef, you’ll work alongside experienced chefs to prepare and present high-quality dishes. You’ll learn hands-on, gaining experience across all sections — from prepping fresh ingredients to plating up dishes that showcase creativity and flavour.

It’s the perfect role for someone passionate about cooking and ready to take the first step in their culinary career.

What You’ll Do

· Assist in the preparation of fresh, seasonal dishes

· Work closely with senior chefs to develop your skills and confidence

· Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation

· Take part in menu development and daily specials

· Learn all aspects of kitchen operations as part of your apprenticeship

· Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional kitchen

· A strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Good teamwork and communication skills

· No experience required — just passion and enthusiasm!
