Responsibilities:

• Learn and follow proper safety protocols and procedures on the job. Safety is #1!
• Assist a Certified Technician with day-to-day tasks and projects
• Support the team in completing assignments accurately and efficiently
• Develop trade-specific skills through hands-on, on-the-job training
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Take direction, ask questions, and apply feedback to improve performance
• Training!

Requirements:

• Eagerness to learn and grow within a trade or skilled profession
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Basic physical ability to perform hands-on labor tasks
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites preferred
• Prior trade, vocational, or related experience is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Reliable transportation
