Job Summary

Next.js apprentice to support our frontend engineering team in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This internship is designed for candidates who want hands-on experience with modern React, Next.js, and web development best practices in a real production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Next.js and React
• Implement UI components based on Figma / design specs
• Work with SSR, SSG, and ISR patterns in Next.js
• Integrate frontend features with REST or GraphQL APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
• Fix bugs, improve performance, and refactor existing components
• Participate in code reviews and team stand-ups
• Learn and follow frontend best practices (accessibility, performance, SEO)

Requirements

• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Introductory experience with Next.js (routing, pages/app directory, data fetching)
• Familiarity with React fundamentals (components, props, state, hooks)
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with modern CSS approaches (CSS Modules, Tailwind, or Styled Components)
• Basic understanding of Git / version control
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
