Apprentice Countertop Installer

Hallmark Stone is a leading manufacturer and installer of high-quality stone countertops. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and service to our customers. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Countertop Installers.

Job Summary:

As an Apprentice Countertop Installer, you will work alongside experienced installers to learn the skills necessary to install granite, quartz, and other stone countertops in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on, physical role that offers long-term career growth in the skilled trades. Most apprentice installers are ready to become leads within 6 to 9 months.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading, transporting, and unloading countertop materials
• Learn and support the installation of countertops at job sites
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Use hand and power tools under supervision
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
• Perform additional shop or installation duties as required

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to learn and work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (75+ lbs) with assistance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or installation work (not required)
• Familiarity with power tools and measuring equipment
