Apprentice Financial Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity for a long term career in Financial Planning, starting as a Apprentice Financial Administrator in a Chartered Financial Planning firm.

Due to recent and continuing growth, we are looking for a Apprentice Financial Administrator to support our team and clients.

We offer support and training to allow every team member to maximise their potential.

As an Apprentice Financial Administrator, you will be enrolled onto the 12-month Skills Edge Level 3 Financial Services Apprenticeship and will obtain the CII Certificate in Financial Services.

You will be required to work from our Grimsby office with an anticipated start date of 4th January 2027. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5.15pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Provide administration support to the team, completing tasks delegated
• Establish and build strong relationships with clients
• Complete relevant training and maintain up-to-date training records
• Ensure the office is kept clean and tidy
• Other duties as directed by management

Qualifications

Maths & English Language GCSE Grade at 5 or above

A Levels in Maths, Finance or Business desired, but not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £15,600.00 per year
