True Foods is seeking motivated individuals to join our Maintenance Team as Apprentice Maintenance Fitters. This is an exciting opportunity to gain a nationally recognised trade qualification while learning from experienced tradespeople in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Whether you're finishing school, have completed pre-apprenticeship studies, or are looking for a hands-on career change, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Apprentice Maintenance Fitter, you'll work alongside our experienced Maintenance Team and gain practical skills in:

• Maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
• Preventative maintenance activities
• Working with conveyors, motors and production machinery
• Fault finding and problem solving
• Safe work practices and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who:

• Have a genuine interest in mechanics, engineering or manufacturing
• Enjoy hands-on work and problem solving
• Are reliable, motivated and eager to learn
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Are confident asking questions and learning from others
• Can work effectively within a team
• Aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty
