Apprentice Formwork Carpenter – Tower Group Projects

Tower Group Projects is seeking a reliable and motivated Apprentice Formwork Carpenter to join our team across projects throughout Sydney.

We are looking for an existing 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Carpentry Apprentice who has already commenced their apprenticeship and is looking to continue developing their skills within formwork and concrete construction.

The Role:

• Assist with the construction, installation and stripping of formwork
• Work on slabs, walls, columns, footings and other concrete structures
• Measure, cut and assemble formwork materials
• Assist with set-out and preparation for concrete works
• Read and work from construction drawings under supervision
• Work alongside experienced formwork carpenters and supervisors
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Follow all site safety requirements and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be currently completing a Carpentry apprenticeship
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices welcome to apply
• Previous formwork experience is highly regarded
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Strong willingness to learn and develop
• White Card required
• Driver’s licence and own transport preferred
• Ability to work well as part of a site team

Full-time ongoing work with hands-on experience in formwork construction, working alongside experienced tradespeople with opportunities to develop and progress within Tower Group Projects.

Full-time | Sydney, NSW
Apprentice rates based on apprenticeship year and experience.
