Job Overview

No previous glazing experience? No problem! We are looking for a motivated, dependable Apprentice Glazier / Trainee who wants to learn a valuable, specialized trade. We are fully willing to provide paid, on-the-job training to the right person who brings a positive attitude, solid basic tool knowledge, and great communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior glaziers with the installation of commercial and residential glass, windows, doors, and storefront systems.
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Accurately measure, mark, and prepare materials on job sites.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, site managers, and crew members.
• Travel to various job sites outside the immediate local area as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No Experience Necessary: We will train the right candidate from the ground up!
• License: Valid California Driver’s License (Required).
• Basic Skills:
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and how to use them safely.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for safety and instruction purposes.
