Apprentice Hairstylist/Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, talented, and team-oriented Hairstylist or Apprentice Assistant to join our salon family! We are a growing salon that values professionalism, creativity, education, and creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Whether you are an experienced stylist looking to grow your clientele or an apprentice looking to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills, we would love to meet you!

What You'll Do

For Hairstylists:

• Provide professional hair services while creating an exceptional guest experience
• Build and maintain your own clientele
• Promote yourself and your work through social media and other marketing opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional station
• Continue growing your skills through education and training
• Work as part of a supportive salon team
• Have opportunities to assist with and participate in weddings and special events

For Apprentice/Assistant:

• Assist stylists with shampooing, blowouts, toners, color applications, and other salon services
• Learn proper salon techniques and gain valuable hands-on experience
• Help maintain a clean, organized salon environment
• Assist with laundry, sanitation, and general salon responsibilities
• Support stylists during busy days and wedding services
• Participate in ongoing education and training
• Work toward developing the skills and confidence needed to become a successful stylist

• Able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Licensed or currently enrolled in an approved cosmetology program, depending on the position

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
