- Support HRBPs with MIS, reports employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM/BBA/Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, or related specialization
- Strong communication coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR
