We are expanding and need additional Apprentice HVAC Install Technicians. Team members enjoy steady year-round schedules, clear advancement paths, and the satisfaction of installing systems that improve people's daily comfort.

Core Responsibilities Assist with the installation of residential and light-commercial heating and air-conditioning equipment according to company standards so every customer receives a quality finished product. Learn proper techniques while supporting experienced installers.

Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with overtime when required.

Compensation $18-$25 per hour based on experience, plus a full benefits package.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an insurable record
• HVAC coursework or formal training preferred
• Prior HVAC exposure helpful but not mandatory
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, work in crawlspaces and attics, and climb ladders safely
