Job Summary

Apollo 24|7 is looking for analytical and detail-oriented Apprentices to join its Business Operations team, supporting Diagnostic Business Operations and Fulfillment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, sales reports and diagnostic order reports.

• Monitor order fulfillment, delivery performance, turnaround time (TAT), cancellations and pending orders.

• Analyze operational data, identify trends and discrepancies, and support business performance tracking.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

• Maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards and operational trackers.

• Identify process gaps and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of MIS reporting, Power BI or business operations is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Fresher with strong Excel and analytical skills, a proactive attitude and an interest in business operations.
