Apprentice Intern - HR Operations

Role Summary:

Department: Human Resource

Employment Type: 1 year Apprenticeship

Key Responsibilities:

• Support core HR operations with strong understanding of basic HR processes and compliance.

• Work closely with HR leadership to manage day-to-day activities across employee lifecycle.

• Demonstrate strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage HR technologies to streamline processes.

• Be proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely execution of all assigned HR tasks.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Graduate/Postgraduate

• Fresher to 6 months of Internship experience.

• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint would be helpful.
