Charlec Epoxy Flooring – Vancouver, BC

Charlec Epoxy Flooring is a growing concrete coatings company based in Vancouver, specializing in concrete resinous coatings and concrete polishing for residential, commercial, and industrial applications — including epoxy, flake, metallic, polyaspartic, and urethane cement systems.

We are looking for a motivated individual with some industry experience who wants to learn the trade properly and grow into a full technician role with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete preparation and grinding on commercial and industrial job sites
• Help install resinous coating systems (epoxy, polyaspartic, metallic, urethane cement) and polished concrete floors
• Mix materials under supervision, learning proper ratios, timing, and recoat windows
• Support senior technicians and follow direction on-site
• Help maintain equipment (grinders, vacuums, generators) and keep the job site organized
• Travel to job sites across Greater Vancouver and surrounding areas
• Gradually take on more responsibility as skills develop

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in construction, concrete work, flooring, coatings, or related trade
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Physically capable of grinding, lifting, and extended site work
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred

Work Details

• Team meets at the Vancouver/Richmond shop each morning before traveling to job sites
• Work includes both preparation/grinding days and installation days
• Job sites vary across Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and surrounding areas

Pay: $20/hour to start

Start Date: Immediate — projects beginning next week

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
