Job Description

Why not earn while you study. TKC are looking for an Apprentice (working toward either their Level 2 or 3 in Early Years).

As an Apprentice with TKC, you will:

• Learn all aspects of Early Years Education at Level 2/3
• Plan play activities to support children as they develop
• Provide for the care and practical needs of the children, including health, hygiene and nutrition
• Work with as part of a small friendly and supportive team

Applicant must be:

• Hardworking, self-motivated
• Well-spoken and -presented
• Able to work independently and use their own initiative
• Able to communicate well
• Flexible with a fun, happy, positive attitude
• Previous applicants, need not apply
• Start date January 2027

Educational Requirements

In terms of education, applicants should have qualifications at Level 4 or above in both English and Maths*. For applicants who do not have Level 4 in English and Maths, you must have one*, with the clear ability to earn a Functional Skills Qualification in the other.
