WhitePeak Custom Finishes is looking for a motivated Apprentice Painter to join our team for the season. We are looking for someone who is quick to learn, takes pride in their work, shows up with a good attitude, and is accountable.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Apprentice Painter, you will be trained to assist with:

• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface prep (masking, sanding, scraping, caulking, patching, priming)
• Protecting floors, furniture, and jobsite areas
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
• Helping with setup and cleanup on jobsites
• Learning proper painting techniques and jobsite efficiency
• Supporting lead painters and crew members as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license is preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift ladders, paint, and materials
• Comfortable working on ladders and being active throughout the day
• Construction or painting experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and improve every day

• Full-time hours may be available depending on workload and performance

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
