Apprentice Pilates Instructor

Qualifications

• Completion of a minimum of 250 hours of the 450-hour Club Pilates Teacher Training Program, including:
• 150 hours of online learning
• 66 hours of in-studio learning
• 24 hours of observation, self-practice, and practice teaching
• 10 hours of assistant teaching
• Must successfully complete and pass the Apprenticeship Test-Out with a Master Trainer.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, with willingness to maintain certifications as required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement principles, and safety practices.
• Demonstrated ability to modify exercises and provide appropriate options for individuals with different abilities, needs, and experience levels.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week dedicated to teaching and mentorship.
• Passion for learning and commitment to completing the remaining hours of the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program.
• Positive, collaborative team-player mentality.
• Warm, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confident and effective public speaking abilities.
• Punctual, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to work effectively and respectfully with clients, management, and fellow instructors.
• Professional, neat, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy.
• Proficiency with ClubReady or willingness and ability to learn the software for basic use.
