Apprentice, Journeymen, & Master Plumbers

We are a Fort Collins based mechanical contractor, seeking the right individuals to become key members of our team. Our projects are located across northern Colorado from Fort Collins to Denver. We are currently seeking additional plumbers. Qualifications:

· Professional appearance

· Willingness to learn and grow with the company

· High School Diploma or General Education Development

· Past experience working in construction is beneficial

· Knowledge of the mechanical plumbing trade is helpful (i.e. the submittal process, change orders, RFPs, contract analysis, etc.)

· Understanding of 2018 International Plumbing Code

· Comprehensive knowledge of 2018 International Mechanical Code

· System knowledge of plumbing, heating, cooling, and medical gas piping systems

Depending on the position applied for, the following duties may apply:

· Coordinate with the Project Manager & Field Ops Manager on installation.

· Assist in installing and maintaining plumbing systems.

· Installation of all types of piping systems.

· Cut openings in structures in preparation for pipes.

· Select all materials needed for installation including type and size of pipe per construction documents.

· Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment.

· Assemble and install valves and fittings.

· Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.

· Install other plumbing equipment, such as sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, air conditioners, appliances, and trim.

· Interpretation & understanding plumbing code, plans, and specification.

· To layout underground plumbing, domestic water systems, gas piping, etc..

· Understand elevations and inverts.
