Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor industrial frying machines as per production requirements.
- Ensure proper temperature control, frying time, and oil quality for consistent product output.
- Identify and report any machine malfunctions or deviations to the maintenance team
- Ability to work in a 12 hour shift environment for North Guwahati location.
- Hands-on experience in operating frying or similar food processing equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 per month
