What You’ll Do:

· Assist Journeyman Plumbers with the installation of commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and equipment.

· Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping materials according to project specifications.

· Support the installation of water supply, drainage, waste, and vent systems.

· Learn to read and interpret blueprints, plumbing drawings, and construction layouts.

· Organize tools, materials, and work areas to maintain safe and productive job sites.

· Load, transport, and stage materials for daily construction activities.

· Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.

· Participate in daily hands-on training while developing plumbing skills.

What We’re Looking For:

· Currently enrolled in a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program or accredited trade school (required).

· Passion for building a long-term career in commercial plumbing.

· Ability to work well in a team-oriented construction environment.

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced plumbers.

· Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

· Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing throughout the workday.

· Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and elevated work platforms.

· Ability to work in active construction environments and varying weather conditions.
