What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to learn.

• A practical, hands-on approach to work.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• A commitment to completing your apprenticeship and building a career in the agricultural industry.
• Previous mechanical experience is great, but not essential — we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
