APPRENTICE / TRAINEE COFFEE MACHINE TECHNICIAN

We’re looking for a motivated, practical and reliable person to join our technical team in Roselands. This is your opportunity to learn a specialist trade, work on some of the world’s best coffee machines and build a future with a growing, family-owned coffee business.

LEARN IN THE WORKSHOP. BUILD YOUR SKILLS. HIT THE ROAD.

You’ll spend approximately 6–12 months training in our workshop, working alongside experienced technicians to learn coffee machine servicing, repairs, installation and fault-finding.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and plumbing systems that keep commercial coffee equipment running.

Once you’re fully trained and ready to work independently, you’ll progress into a road technician role with a company-supplied van, visiting customers and putting your skills to work.

Get paid while you learn, with a clear pathway from trainee to road technician.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A current driver’s licence — P-platers are welcome.
• A practical person who enjoys tools, machinery and solving problems.
• The physical strength and capacity to safely handle heavy commercial coffee machines, using lifting equipment and team assistance when required.
• A quick learner who listens, asks questions and takes pride in doing the job properly.
• Someone who stays focused under pressure and works well in a busy environment.
• Great communication skills and a friendly, professional manner with customers.
• Someone organised, punctual, reliable and ready to get stuck in.

Any electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or plumbing experience is a bonus, but previous coffee machine experience isn’t essential. We’ll train the right person.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $53,000.00 per year
