- To prepare the Manpower Report and track all Employee Related Expenses including Staff Welfare Activities.
- To track the expenses incurred on Contractors. (Labour and Job)
- To Maintain Staff Personal File
- To Prepare Staff Appointment Letter
- To monitor attendance and disburse time card date.
- To ensure all statutory returns are timely complied
- To achieve staff involvement by way of participation in Community development programs
- To maintain discipline in the Unit
