Job Title:

Trainee Construction Equipment - Fresher

Duration - 6 - 12 Months

Locations:

Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Surat, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Role Purpose:

Drive equipment finance business by sourcing new clients, building dealer/OEM networks, and achieving disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire customers for equipment finance (CE, CV, industrial machinery)

Build and manage dealer, OEM, and channel partner relationships

Generate leads, evaluate requirements, and structure financing solutions

Coordinate with credit/operations teams for sanction and disbursement

Deliver monthly and quarterly disbursement targets

Track portfolio performance and control delinquencies

Monitor market trends and competition

Eligibility:

Education: Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred

Basic Credit Understanding

Strong communication and negotiation skills
