Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to candidates for screening and interview scheduling.
• Assist the Recruitment team with sourcing profiles through job portals and internal databases.
• Maintain candidate trackers, interview schedules, and daily MIS reports.
• Update and manage recruitment-related data in MS Excel with accuracy.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support documentation and onboarding processes as required.
• Follow up with candidates at various stages of the hiring cycle.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to HR policies at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP/basic formulas, filtering, formatting, data entry).
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good time management and multitasking ability.
• Positive attitude, professional behavior, and willingness to learn.
