Apprentice Window Installer

Overview

We are hiring skilled and dependable residential Window Installer Apprentice to install vinyl windows and doors in residential homes, conduct service work and measure. This role is hands-on and performance-driven, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Remove existing windows and doors and install new vinyl replacement units
• Ensure proper fit, sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing
• Follow company installation standards, manufacturer specs, and safety requirements
• Diagnose and complete window and door service work
• Take final measurements and record job details accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and supervisors regarding job progress or issues
• Accurately document completed work, photos, and required paperwork

Qualifications

• Previous window and door installation experience or related construction experience
• Familiarity with vinyl retrofit installation methods
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
