Undertaking projects ranging from facility maintenance to major developments such as hotels and automotive dealerships, JMC Property Group supports the ongoing building needs of affiliated companies and has committed to secure fully-funded contracts for the foreseeable future.

Due to a recent expansion in the greater Hobart, we are seeking to employee a number of Apprentice's to undertake a range of commercial and residential projects. We are also happy to consider current 2nd and 3rd year apprentices looking to gain a broader range of experiencein the commercial sector.

With over 30 employees and decades of industry experience, JMC Property Group provides stable ongoing employment in the construction sector. You will be joining an established family company that values its employees and rewards those who are solutions-focussed, adhere to WHS procedures, and maintain the quality and integrity of the final project at all times.

About you

We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, reliable and self-motivated and experienced team players ready for project work in the greater Hobart region. You will need strong attention to detail and the dedication to see projects through to completion.

You can also demonstrate that you have:

• Relevant qualifications and current licences including a Drivers License & white card
• Demonstrated experience in and extensive knowledge of the building industry
• A strong work ethic
• A broad range of trade skills and a hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team
• A confident and positive attitude
• An ability to problem solve and take initiative on site
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety principles and practices.
