Job Description:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and assist with basic banking-related queries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information/support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer requests.
• Follow defined processes, service standards and compliance guidelines.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Fresher with good verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with willingness to learn.
• Candidates interested in starting their career in Banking / Customer Service / Contact Centre Operations are preferred.

Job Title: Apprentice Forex Operations

Job Description:

• Support the team in day-to-day Forex Operations activities.
• Assist in transaction processing, documentation and record maintenance.
• Check documents and details as per defined processes and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams for transaction processing and closure.
• Maintain accurate MIS and operational records.
• Learn and adhere to banking processes, regulatory requirements and applicable TATs.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Fresher, preferably from Commerce, Finance, Banking or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of banking/financial transactions would be an advantage.
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong willingness to learn Forex and Banking Operations.
