Job Type:

• Full-time (On-site role)
• Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage app growth, user acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Analyze app performance using google analytics.
• Monitor key metrics including LTV and Revenue.
• Improve app monetization through AdMob, Meta, and in-app purchases.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data-driven decision making across all growth and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in app growth, performance marketing, or app monetization.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
