Role Description
- Resolve complex Apptio issues escalated from L1/L2.
- Support core TBM modules such as budgeting, forecasting, and costing.
- Communicate with third-party vendors (internal or external) as required.
- Monitor and fix data load failures, ETL issues, mapping errors, and API-based ingestion problems.
- Support and enhance dashboards, reports, and KPI views, and assist stakeholders in understanding financial outputs.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and KEDBs as required.
- Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and model run performance, and collaborate with Apptio Support for platform-level fixes.
- Work with TBM Office, IT Finance, Cloud/Infra teams, and ERP/Data teams to ensure accurate cost transparency.
- Maintain data governance and ensure proper controls and documentation for financial models.
