What they need
Responsibilities:
Review and clarify customer requirement (Drawing, Capacity, Quality, Technical)
Coordinate all APQP activities with team members (Customer, Supplier, Head Quarter and Inside Company) to effectively transition new products and ongoing processes.
Follow up result base on project timeline and update status.
Lead internal & external meeting to proceed each activity and solve problem.
Update APQP phase status, summarize and report.
Continue monitoring actual result of production after SOP (Start of Production) 6 months and perform project leader in case of any problem occur in this phase.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
At least 5 years experience in Automotive Business, New Model, APQP
Strong knowledge in IATF 16949, APQP, Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA and Control Plan, Flowchart), and the statistic analytical
Basic communication in English is a must
