I’m working with a Commonwealth Agency in Canberra looking for a TechnologyOne Systems Administrator to own their finance system and keep it running smoothly. It’s a hands-on role sitting within a small, collaborative finance team, where you’ll be the person the business turns to for anything FMIS.

What you’ll be doing

• Administer and support the agency’s TechnologyOne finance system
• Manage daily interfaces between T1 and other business systems
• Build and run financial reports from the system
• Deliver system enhancements, fixes and user training
• Support month-end and year-end processes and reconciliations
• Help administer the travel and credit card system (Expense8)

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience administering TechnologyOne (CiAnywhere or Ci)
• Solid accounting knowledge, ideally a tertiary accounting qualification
• Experience with system configuration, user access and support
• Clear communication and the confidence to train and advise users
• Government experience highly regarded
