Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Soft Skills & Aptitude Trainer to train university students and enhance their employability, communication, problem-solving, and placement readiness.

Role & responsibilities:

• Deliver training in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Conduct sessions on communication skills, presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Train students in resume building, group discussions, personal interviews, and workplace etiquette.
• Design training materials, assessments, practice tests, and mock interviews.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and track student progress.
• Coordinate with the Training & Placement Cell to understand industry and recruitment requirements.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and placement-readiness programs.
• Provide individual feedback and mentoring to students.
• Maintain training records and submit performance reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in any relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in aptitude training, soft skills training, campus recruitment training, or corporate training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, reasoning, and verbal ability.
• Ability to engage and motivate university students.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and online training tools.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2-5 years of relevant training experience.
• Experience working with universities, colleges, training institutes, or corporate L&D teams.
