Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Aptitude Trainer to train college students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical problem-solving skills. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and helping students prepare for placement assessments and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver aptitude training sessions to college students.
• Teach quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
• Prepare students for campus placements and recruitment assessments.
• Develop training materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback to improve results.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in aptitude training.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage students and deliver effective training sessions.
