Aptitude, Verbal & Logical Reasoning Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Aptitude, Verbal & Logical Reasoning Trainer to train students and working professionals for placement assessments and interview preparation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, verbal ability and logical reasoning, along with good communication and classroom training skills.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions on Aptitude, Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning.
• Prepare practice exercises, assignments, quizzes, mock tests and assessment materials.
• Train candidates for placement tests, competitive examinations and recruitment assessments.
• Explain concepts, shortcuts and problem-solving techniques using simple and practical approaches.
• Assess learner performance, identify knowledge gaps and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and update training content based on current placement and assessment patterns.
• Track learner progress and coordinate improvement activities.
• Support candidates with interview and assessment preparation when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Aptitude, Verbal and Logical Reasoning training.
• Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning.
• Previous experience in placement training and training or corporate learning preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create question banks, assessments, mock tests and learning materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable training both students and working professionals.
• Bengaluru-based candidates preferred.
