APU Supervisor / Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Lead People & Build a High-Performance Team

• Lead, coach, and develop operators and Team Leaders to achieve production goals.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
• Develop team capabilities and support employee growth through structured coaching.

Drive Production Performance

• Ensure daily operations achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive actions to improve performance.
• Maintain stable operations and quickly resolve production challenges.

Champion Continuous Improvement

• Lead problem-solving activities using RCA, 5 Why, and other improvement methodologies.
• Encourage and implement improvement ideas that increase efficiency and quality.
• Drive standardization and operational excellence across production processes

Collaborate Across Functions

• Work closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Coordinate and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution and business continuity.

Ensure Safety, Compliance & Standards

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Adhere to SOPs, production standards, ISO requirements, and company policies.
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and traceability within operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Experience driving KPIs, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Quality, Safety, and production management systems.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work across functions.
• Good command of English.

Work Location: Lamphun Province
Work Schedule: 6 days/week (aligned with production operations)
