该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities:

• Lead APQP/PPAP activities from quotation through development and engineering changes, ensuring customer-specific requirements are met.
• Plan and manage PVP testing (scope, timing, cost), and support prototype and pre-series preparation.
• Review and validate product requirements and technical specifications (SOR, customer specifications, drawings/GD&T) and support material specification development.
• Conduct product/process feasibility reviews and risk assessments (e.g., within the project team) and drive resolution of quality-related issues.
• Coordinate quality communication with customers: tolerance/cubing reviews, issue follow-up, and APQP progress reporting.
• Ensure measurement system readiness: define gauges/fixtures, approve checking fixtures and samples, and verify testing and measurement of production parts.
• Prepare and maintain key quality deliverables and records (PSW/ISIR, IMDS data entry, required quality files).
• Support purchasing in Tier-2 supplier evaluation/selection and facilitate cross-functional quality meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure AQP activities comply with applicable management systems and standards (IATF 16949/TS 16949, ISO 14001). Main Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above majored in engineering or relevant
• At least 3 year experience in the same function with the automotive industry, experience in multinational company is a plus
• Practical experiences in advanced quality planning and supplier quality development, an auditor certification will be a plus
• Familiar with APQP, FMEA, PPAP procedures of western OEMs such as PPAP, PPF, Q3P etc.
• Profound knowledge of PC applications, especially MS-PowerPoint and MS-Project
• Command of English is a must

• Willing to travel domestically
