Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Aqua Fit Instructor and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals through engaging and energetic water-based exercise classes. In this role, you will lead group sessions that combine cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training in a fun, motivating environment. Duties

• Design and deliver high-energy Aqua Fit classes tailored to various skill levels and age groups
• Demonstrate proper techniques for water exercises, ensuring safety and effectiveness throughout each session
• Motivate participants to stay engaged, maintain proper form, and achieve their personal fitness objectives
• Monitor participant progress and provide personalized guidance or modifications as needed
• Maintain a safe environment by enforcing pool rules and responding promptly to any emergencies or safety concerns
• Prepare class plans, track attendance, and record participant feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure equipment is well-maintained and the pool area remains clean and safe

Experience

• Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, preferably with water-based programs
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse groups of participants
• Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to exercise movements and injury prevention in aquatic environments
• Certification in water safety, CPR, and first aid is highly desirable
• Prior experience leading group fitness classes or teaching sports coaching is preferred
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting health and wellness through engaging activities

Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
