We’re looking for enthusiastic and engaging Aqua Activity Instructors to join our team and deliver enjoyable, safe, and inclusive water-based sessions for guests of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, engaging aqua-based sessions suitable for a wide range of guests - Such as Aqua Aerobics, Zumba, boxfit or equivalent
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where guests feel comfortable and confident
• Ensure all activities are delivered safely, following health and safety procedures at all times
• Work closely with the wider leisure and park teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

About You

• Relevant NVQ Level 2 in fitness or Aqua Instructor qualification or equivalent
• Experience leading group activities, ideally in a leisure, gym or holiday park environment
• Ability to create a fun, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere
• Must hold valid public liability insurance of at least £2 million
• A flexible, proactive approach with a “can-do” attitude

Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 15.0 per week
