AR Accountant 应收会计

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Accountabilities  Issue proposal invoice according to despatch and confirmation with customer.  Lessen the open delivery accordingly after invoice issued.  Open golden invoice to customer and mail in time  Check and reconcile the VAT tax refund for export sales  Responsible for checking and ensure the correctness of the bookings in SAP  Clear AR after receiving money from customer in time  Check the overdue account receivable and push the receipts.  Responsible for the intercompany reconciliation with other MH companies  Carry on balance confirmation with customers  Supporting of monthly closing and year end audit  Binding vouchers after monthly closing  When defining Global Standards, ensure compliance with HSE legislation and take into account state-of-the-art concepts to ensure healthy, safe and environmentally friendly production processes, workplaces and emergency concepts based on current risk assessments.  Leadership by ▪ be example, involve and train related functions ▪ set targets, define and apply improvement (standardization) programs, monitor safe application Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) Education/Major: Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and accounting. MBA, master degree in Accounting and/or CPA is preferred. Experiences:

• 5 years of directly related accounting / finance experience.
• Experience with financial software implementation.
• Experience in US GAAP is a plus Certificates:
• CPA
• GAAP is a plus
• ACCA is a plus Knowledge & Skills:
• Technically proficient in accounting; extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and business processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Foreign language: Fluent in written and oral English. Computer ability: Familiar with office software application Personal Quality:
