AR Accountant (Junior – Mid Level)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process to ensure accurate billing, collection, and account reconciliation.
• Prepare, review, and record sales invoices in compliance with Thai tax regulations, including VAT and withholding tax requirements.
• Maintain the AR ledger and perform regular customer account reconciliation.
• Follow up on overdue receivables and support collection activities to minimize bad debt risk.
• Perform revenue recognition and bad debt provision in accordance with accounting standards.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities and ensure financial data is accurate and timely.
• Support the Sales team with customer credit assessment, credit limit management, and AR-related financial information.
• Maintain AR accounting documents and supporting records for internal and external audits.
• Handle other finance-related assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields .
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or related accounting functions.
• Experience in Manufacturing, HVAC, Technology, or related industries is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations, including VAT and withholding tax.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and numerical/data management skills.
• Thai speaker with good working proficiency in English.
• Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
