AR Accounting

Job responsibility:

• Daily cash receipt allocation with accuracy and in accordance with the cash receipt processing.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of operations by processing and monitoring revenue, sales, accounts receivable, cash receipts, refunds, and settlement processes.
• Handle invoicing and billing processes in accordance with the company's practices and policies.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to obtain the necessary information for the billing process.
• Record accounts receivable transactions and cash receipts accurately and completely for month-end closing.
• Prepare month-end closing reports, including Sales Reports, AR Aging Reports, and Sales vs. Shipment Reconciliation Reports.
• Prepare Output VAT data and analyze company income against PP30 reconciliation.
• Support external auditors during annual audits by providing documentation and explanations related to accounts receivable processes and transactions.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the leader.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance , Chinese Language or a related field.

• Good command of Chinese or English, Proficiency in both languages is an advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with BOI-related matters is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
