AR Analyst

QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management or equivalent
• With at least 2 years related work experience in Account Receivables and Collections Management
• With experience in FMCG

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Primarily responsible for the Accounts Receivables and Claims Management - including collections and reconciliations with Regional Distributors
• Documentation of Claims and other Invoice-related deductions
• Processing resolution of delinquent accounts and other necessary functions in the the following functional areas: collections, billing and customer service
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all collection activities performed
• Identifying and analyzing collection patterns and work with management in recommending collection recovery strategies to improve operational efficiencies proactively.
• Gather and compile details as required for month, quarter, year-end reporting as well as audit/compliance reporting.
• Countering and POD management of NKA Customers
• Support audit and compliance activities
• Perform other duties as assigned including back-up functions for the team.
• Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite
