AR & Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collection, Cashier/Payment, and Treasury operations.
• Monitor AR aging, customer payments, overdue accounts, and collection performance to achieve the company’s DSO target.
• Review customer credit limits, payment terms, credit exposure, and credit risks.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation and clearing of customer payments, credit notes, goods return, promotional deductions, and other AR transactions.
• Prepare and review AR outstanding, collection forecast, cash position, and cash flow forecast reports.
• Oversee daily cash management, payment transactions, bank transactions, and liquidity planning.
• Lead AR, Treasury, and bank reconciliation activities to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, accounting requirements, and audit requirements.
• Work closely with Sales and other departments to resolve collection, deduction, and payment issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AR & Treasury team.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation to improve operational efficiency and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Treasury, Cash Management, or related Finance functions.
• Strong knowledge of AR management, collection, DSO, credit control, cash flow, treasury, payment, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, retail, or distribution business is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
