Smart Home Philippines is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Associate to join our growing team of professionals. This role will be responsible for supporting the company’s accounts receivable activities, including monitoring customer accounts, following up on outstanding balances, processing and maintaining financial records, and assisting with collection-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accuracy in all financial transactions and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate administrative reports for the Installation and After-Sales departments.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for finance-related and general administrative activities.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to facilitate timely payments.
• Assist in generating Accounts Receivable aging schedules, collection summaries, and other financial reports required by management.
• Conduct customer site visits for payment collection, account monitoring, follow-ups, and addressing payment-related concerns.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Finance Supervisor in managing financial activities.
• Monitor warehouse operations and facilities to ensure compliance with established company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in Pasig City.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, or Business).
• With at least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Highly organized with excellent written, verbal, and communication skills in English.
• Self-driven, adaptable, resilient, trustworthy, and passionate.
