Process: US Healthcare – Voice Process

Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1–6 years, depending on the position

• AR Caller: 1–4 years of relevant AR Calling experience

• Senior AR Caller / Client Partner: 2–6 years of relevant experience

• Billing Experience: Physician Billing or Hospital Billing is mandatory

• Salary: Maximum 40,000 per month, based on experience

• Shift: Night Shift

• Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

• Interview Mode: Virtual Interview

• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle US healthcare accounts receivable (AR) calling.

• Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status, denials, and outstanding payments.

• Resolve claim-related issues and ensure timely reimbursement.

• Communicate effectively with insurance representatives and maintain accurate call records.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in US healthcare AR Calling is mandatory.

• Good English communication skills are required.

• Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts from the office.
