AR Caller – 0 to 6 Months Experience

Education: 12th Pass / Any Degree

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status and payment follow-up.
• Follow up on pending and denied claims.
• Verify patient and insurance details.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and claim status.
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives.
• Meet daily and monthly productivity targets.
• Coordinate with the internal billing team to resolve claim-related issues.

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• 0–6 months of experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing, BPO, or Voice Process is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Candidates with a willingness to learn medical billing processes are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
