Job Description AR Caller (US Healthcare)

Experience-1-3 yrs(Must in denials)

Job Title: AR Caller - US Healthcare
Location: Chennai
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Transport: Two-way cab provided

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-ups
• Work on denied, pending, and unpaid claims
• Analyze AR reports and take necessary actions
• Resolve billing and payment issues
• Update claim status accurately in the system
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Any degree
• Good English communication skills (mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to work in night shift
