Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
• Identify and address root causes of denials through thorough investigation and communication with physicians.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to claims processing and revenue cycle management.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and regulations regarding medical billing practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with physicians, patients, and insurance companies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
